Queue jQuery events/actions across multiple elements Indeed. The middle bit is meant to simulate an asynchronous event. I like how this is done with deferred objects, but it still leads to a mess of nested functions if there is more than one request to make, no? |

If PHP libraries can register their own autoloaders, then why does PSR-0 require they be in uniform directories? Another question closed prematurely by overzealous moderators. I asked for the reasoning behind the specification, which is a clear fact if someone knows it -- I don't. I asked whether it's feasible (or maybe "advisable" would have been a better word) to ignore the specification, which would be something that answerers could adequately explain, and have! Moreover, I don't see any arguing here. This closing simply seems like people not wanting a question to be asked. |

Can I run PHP and Python on the same Apache server using mod_vhost_alias and mod_wsgi? The referenced article doesn't discuss mod_vhost_alias at all. I know Python and PHP can run on the same server, what I don't know is whether I must reconfigure Apache to have separate vhost configs for every domain already on it just to enable Python. I'd prefer not to, and actual advice on getting this done how I prefer is the most helpful. |
