@ScottGrodberg At this point, no. I don't even work at that company anymore. But I had gotten the task done, and the entire site started (and still is) running much smoother than it had previously.

comment A suggestion for a book to teach me how to buy tools and groceries instead of just a cookbook
Cooking for Geeks (amazon.com/Cooking-Geeks-Science-Great-ebook/dp/B003XDUCIG/…) is a great book for this as it goes into a lot of the basics and covers pretty much the entire kitchen. While it's primarily aimed at us geeks, it can be a great introduction to the kitchen for anyone who wants to get creative and understand how cooking works, not just what recipes are out there.

comment Why is my 1997 Hot Springs Sovereign hot tub not heating?
Look down in the equipment area. There should be valves on the pumps for helping remove airlocks. And it's ok to just fill to the seating area. The water will flow everywhere it can. Sending water right down the central intake can cause the pump impellers to spin and potentially damage the pumps.

comment How to install .exe on ubuntu 12.04
.exe is a Windows executable. Linux doesn't have specific extensions for denoting executables, but uses permissions instead. If you downloaded the Debian/Ubuntu package, You should be able to just unzip the package and then double-click the galfit file in Nautilus (or whatever they use for a GUI file manager these days). from the commandline, you would just type ./galfit and hit enter.

Yup, I was wrong in my answer, hence the deletion. Looks like my knowledge is out of date (probably remembering too much from my DOS days).
