After setting back my inner geek by joining the army for 4 years, I have been working in IT as a "jack of all trades" for over 9 years now.
I started my career on a help desk, quickly moving in to a System Administration role managing several Windows servers, with Oracle, SQL Server as well as several custom systems.
After a few years, I found my skills were better suited for software development, which I have spend the most time on, but I still enjoy a good server, and use system administration to be a productive break from development when time and conditions allow.
I have specialized in MS development specifically in LOB applications written in VB, and C#, ( more c# than VB ), both WinForms, and now WPF as well as ASP/ASP.NET.
