For about 15 years, I was a Materials Scientist with GE/MartinMarietta/LockheedMartin, working on DoE and NASA space projects (SP-100/Cassini). More recently, for the last 10 years, I've been developing optimization models and software for process industries to help them minimize waste and right size their inventories.
I've used almost all the popular software languages at one time or another, but I currently code mostly in C# and Perl.
