I'd recommend you to check if data is trabsmitted from your phone using wireshark. You don't need Wowza to view the stream from your phone, you can also use VLC or ffplay.

Have you tried using Wireshark to verify data is transmitted? There could also be a problem with your Wowza setup, maybe the firewall is blocking the connection. Also, did you check the debug log?

I never got libstreaming working with MediaCodec, it seems like you have to modify parts of it to get it working, have a look here stackoverflow.com/questions/31267641/… As I sad, if you only want to stream video, you don't need more than the 3 mentioned classes.

comment Why always got NullPointerException while getting KEY_FRAME_RATE from MediaCodec?
You might have to parse the framerate out of the csd-0 and csd-1 then, or just calculate it by looking at the presentation timestamps.

comment How to change MediaCodec encoding bitrate on the fly while streaming in Android?
Why not? I think its not possible to change the bitrate without stopping the encoder.

comment in android native, Mediacodec.dequeueInputBuffer don't return
The codec may decide to buffer some data before it actually starts providing output buffers. This means you might very well have to queue several input buffers before you can dequeue any output buffer. Codecs may also provide several output buffers for one single input buffer. I am writing an app that encodes audio, and I was always wondering why there were gaps in the recording. Turned out the codec was generating 2-3 output buffers per queued input buffer.
