comment Load balance with Nginx and node.js
Sounds like you need to do a authorization check per the users access right? If so you would have to send to the Node.js app perform the check and then redirect to the proper location. Then you just need to create new nginx configs for each location.

comment NginX dropping session data when acting as an SSL reverse proxy for a sinatra application
I am having a similar issue. My config is very similar and serves up SSL termination. I am almost sure its my application configuration as there are no problems when I directly access either. I am making a Node.js application though. Love to hear your findings.

comment HAproxy 1.5 Trusted CAs
This applies to the GoDaddy SHA-1 encryption algorithm, correct? Or does it also apply to the SHA-2 encryption algorithm?

comment HAProxy + Nodejs + SockJS + Express + SSL
Did you figure this out? I know with Haproxy 1.5 you can now use SSL but I am having trouble. Also can I ask you to share your any global or default settings. I am using Juju to deploy Haproxy with a Node.js application and am having a hard time finding a good way of doing it. I am able to push the connection to HTTPS but I cannot hold a connection long enough and the cert is no good even though its valid. ONly when I directly visit the server is it valid.

Your changes stopped the load failure on config-change but now a new issue "503 NO SERVER FOUND". Hopefully I can hash this out real quick.
