The example jsfiddle (jsfiddle.net/9eGSp/1) now seems to be working (playing audio) in Firefox 34. Maybe this bug got fixed? Anyone know?

That doesn't work because Fugitive uses the current buffer's file to determine which git repo it's in. If I open a new split, it has no git repo to reference.
