Thanks for the great alternatives! Using all three in order is a neat idea (maybe the fourth time would just be バカ!!, lol), but I don't think the developer would be too keen on the idea of implementing this :P In the end I went with Billy's おっと.

Thanks for the idea - my production server is (and has to be) running 5.2 but I have tested locally with 5.3 under the same memory constraints and the new gc stuff doesn't seem to help. I guess it's either debug the apparent poor memory handling in JpGraph, hack around it by running multiple threads, or change graph system...
