I've been using UNIX since the '80s, and at the same time also liked Macs, so was quite happy when Macs went to a MACH-based OS.
However, in recent years have been getting more and more annoyed with Apple's trade protectionist policies and the strict control of iOs software pushed me over the edge.
So I no longer buy Apple products and have gone open source as much as possible -- which means LINUX on my computers and Android on my phone!
And oh yeah, am forced to use Windows every so often on the job.
