ENGINEER, FULL-STACK DEVELOPER
As of today, I am prepared to become an immediate contributor on tasks concerning the development and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications (both front and backend), querying databases, and working together with collaborative tools.
Based on previous experience, further qualifications I can offer are mostly related to:
- finance: cash management, statistics, budget controlling, and derivatives;
- analytics: growth, costs, acquisition, and other metrics to keep track of progress;
- process automation: it's been my main role in almost every position I've worked.
Engineering studies made me a fast-paced learner. French school taught me to pay attention to details. And by working with startups I realized myself to be a self-starter. You can overall expect a very pragmatic, result-driven, and yet, organized worker.
Lastly, Industrial Engineering gave me an optimization mindset. I do believe everything can be done with less resources and still get better results. To illustrate, after one year working at Touts, we've been able to manufacture 20x more products with no overhead or new machinery. Automating backend processes and keeping track of production metrics were key to success. You can find the detailed study case here: https://goo.gl/jFHCdV
