@Nam Gi VU: Yea, I think I know what you mean. Regardless of what you set the default program to on Windows Explorer, when viewing a the file from a particular changeset it opens in Notepad. I've noticed this too, however as I explained in my post, when I set the default program for a particular file type (ie: .txt) to be devenv.exe, it seems to open in Visual Studio when I try to view '.txt' files from a changeset. I know this isn't an ideal solution, but at least I'm able to read the code easier. If you get a chance to try it, let me know if it works for you.
