most the arguments against this deal I've heard say Russia is actually OK with this deal because they plan to be one of the buyers of the Iranian oil. Though U.S. politician comments are probably more self serving than accurate.

@tommyk I'm not aware of any development methodology that could figure those things out earlier than Sprint 1. Sprint 1 should be starting the same day or day after you start the project, which means you should have that requirement in 1-3 weeks depending on sprint length, most other processes you may have a rough draft at this point.

My understanding of this agreement is free trade is a pretty far stretch, its mostly crony capitalism granting multinational companies the ability to not follow laws of countries they operate in.
