comment Sql Server 2008 Join Three tables without having result duplicate
Can you use DISTINCT? Otherwise what about some sort of subquery in the joins, like left join FinancialDetail AS FINDTL on FINDTL.ID = FIN.FINDTLID AND FINDTL.ID = (SELECT TOP 1 ID FROM FinancialDetail f WHERE f.ID = FINDTL.ID)

CSS styling for tables would be useful here, too.

Honestly for creating "good user interfaces" I've started looking to things like Bootstrap or Foundation to plug in CSS. Then there are prebuilt CSS classes you can assign your tables to and things like alternating row colors just work. They do amazing things for easily making basic HTML and forms look nice and uniform.

comment App or site to make font-based clipart?
Thanks! My goal actually is to assemble everything into a spritesheet; The tutorial I'm following points to another app that assembles collections of images into one. I didn't realize some of these already would take care of that for you, will check them out!

comment Retrieving ultimate sql query sentence (with the values in place of any '?')
The closest I've got is copying the SQL query from the console logger from Pyramid (which doesn't have the '?' replaced) but also includes after it the values it uses. Then I copy/paste those into their corresponding positions into the query so I can run it. It's some text manipulation for sure.
