comment JDK 1.8 on Linux missing include file
@Absurd-Mind I don't think so. You would have to remember that for each time you would need to compile something needing JNI. This will make it work anytime. Of course if you don't have root access, that would be a better option.

comment Grub error on boot
If you deleted the partition where Ubuntu was installed there is not much to do about it.. If you want to get Ubuntu again probably you have to install it again. If you just want to boot in Windows again you can use the installation CD from Windows to repair your bootloader.

comment JDK 1.8 on Linux missing include file
And it worked? Yes it seems, in previous JDK versions those files are present in linux directory but there are symlinks to each file in the include folder. Will include that info in the answer.

That's odd. Can you provide the output of dpkg -l (this will generate a list of installed packages). As this will generate a lot of output, use paste.ubuntu.com or dpkg -l | pastebinit (this will copy the output and save it in paste.ubuntu.com, giving you a link)

And you are changing title value? Do you have the full class name in ebean settings in application.conf? From here it seems alright

comment Installing Python package from source into virtualenv directory
And about copying the files? You can build Numpy in Windows but that will take some work. You will need at least gcc (mingw or cygwin), and maybe also Lapack, atlas, etc (not sure if they are required or optional). Here is a guide.
