Delphi Conversion to Prism? Bite the bullet and rewrite in .NET or Java - either way you will have a huge amount of resources like codebase example, commerical components, tools, add-ons, programming forums and general more online help, etc. and a much larger talent pool to pull from than Delphi. I loved Delphi and still use it on small projects (just got XE2!)- but for work (actually finding a job!) and resources, you need to either get on board with .NET or Java. Of course, if this is going to be a 100% winform app then Delphi XE 2 port could work - but I am betting you want mobile and/or web - then go .NET or Java! |
