comment Rejecting isomorphisms from collection of graphs
Something includes computing and comparing numbers such as vertices, edges degrees and degree sequences? - Yes that's brilliant. Unfortunately that's what faster_could_be_isomorphic() is already doing :( haha. My question was more geared at the N!N to logN*N section. Did that make sense? Convert everything to a canonical form, sort, then remove duplicates. Otherwise you have to compare each item against every single other item one by one (no way to sort until Canonicalized)

comment How to use output redirection in powershell's command-measure?
Thanks @KeithHill! (are you tagged? - I don't see the @ changing) I thought start process was a necessary piece of Measure-Command. I found some excellent documentation here - technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh849848.aspx

comment Windows equivalent to UNIX "time" command
How do I redirect the output while using this method? ie Measure-Command {start-process -NoNewWindow python myscript.py > out.txt -Wait} isn't working correctly. It outputs everything to the console
